Haven Custom Homes is the result of the collaboration of two friends and tradesman Charles Ladd and Terry McGee.  

 

Charlie Ladd, a Monmouth county native, has been in the painting and finishing business for the last 20 years. He prides himself on not settling for anything but the highest quality work and it shows in his past projects. Charlie is a strong believer that communication is key to a healthy contractor/client relationship. 

 

Terry McGee is a second generation carpenter and has been for over 20 years. He started helping his father work as a kid and eventually joined the union and worked on all types of commercial and residential projects throughout Hudson County NJ. His eye for detail and his patient, meticulous manner lends itself particularly well to fine finish carpentry.
